Number 3 on the list should be changed to Las Vegas. Nevada doesn't have the restaurant scene. Vegas does. As such, it should be disqualified from the list of states.This makes a lot of sense to me.
There’s a lot of cultural diversity/stong immigrant populations and/or major tourism factors in most of those states.
The article also notes that DC had 25 Michelin star restaurants, compared to 80+ for California. Probably for similar reasons, PLUS its nature as the capitol city. Lots of powerful people with lots of money wanting memorable dining experiences.

Now doctors say that it starts earlier in life, and by the time symptoms start it's been present for decades and is untreatable. Which means my brain may be currently dying on me, and I'll have no idea until it's too late.
