Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

This was my last campaign before my current Traveller Hero game. I had a samurai and a lady sharpshooter from a sideshow, a gentleman thief from Britain, and a former pirate/distinguished businessman, and the quest giver was Emperor Norton. I really hope I get to finish the campaign sometime. I want to know what happens!
FWIW, my Champions 1900 campaign (supers using the Space:1889 campaign setting) featured PCs like an English gentleman who affected the appearance of a stereotypical circus strongman (bald, mustachioed and with leopardskin & club), an American Secret Service agent a la James West, a flying sonic blaster (an operatic diva version of Banshee), a whip-wielding orphan of Atlantean descent, and others.

You know that thing where food bloggers tell you a long-winded and pointless story about their grandma’s secret crush on the neighbor? You know how there’s sometimes a skip button to the recipe?

I want that in RPGs. Don’t tell me how awesome it’ll be when you finally tell me the rules. Just tell me the rules. Better yet, include a cheat sheet in the back, with the character sheet. Too many rules to concisely summarize in a page or two? Sounds like you have too many rules.

Article: what it means if you walk with your hands clasped behind you.

Them: You are introspective a deep thinker, seeing clearly the challenges before you, a view unobstructed. A philosopher king.

Me: I traumatize my body daily, I stretch my shoulders and chest constantly.

Them: Or that.
Weird ass habit from being in a Corps style marching band 30 years ago with not future reinforcement I still can't shake.
