I wake up nearly every day with one, and as soon as I get about 30 minutes after a soda or a cup of coffee it goes away. I seriously need to cut backI'll bet the withdrawal headaches are legendary.

Star Wars coming out a few weeks after Sorcerer is a big reason it bombed.Logic by comparison is not always good. Is that why Sorcerer bombed? I don't know. Why is Star Wars to be eliminated? The mindset is different. I liked the Thing too, and it bombed, though I would not have known it at that age.
It is odd to compare the two as one is a kid's film, which is not how I would describe Sorceror.Star Wars coming out a few weeks after Sorcerer is a big reason it bombed.
Yeah, but back then, you didn't have as many multiplexes. You still had a lot of single screen theaters that were showing whatever the biggest movie of the day was.It is odd to compare the two as one is a kid's film, which is not how I would describe Sorceror.
We had a lot of multiplexes too, like with Aladdin's Castle right next door, parents would drop us at the mall, and be back in a few hours. Though the film is what it is, and either stands on it's own merit or not. In another forum, some 50 something year old man moaning to me about Disney. It feels weird, I took my kids to them and they were fine.Yeah, but back then, you didn't have as many multiplexes. I miss the little 1-3 screen theatres. A friend and I would go out for a couple of hundred Km motorcycle ride, on Saturdays, then finish up with a $3.50 matinee at the theatre that featured in "Resident Evil: Apocalypse" as the place where the SWAT team got slaughtered. Dinner afterward at Apache Burgers. Perfection.Yeah, but back then, you didn't have as many multiplexes. We used to go see the mantinee of Logan's Run at the duplex for a dollar, parents were like good riddance. lolI miss the little 1-3 screen theatres.
