At times it seems like the average person's ability to read is greatly diminished in recent years. Simple questions like, "I'm looking for X, not Y" are invariably met with, "You totally want Y."
Amazon is the worst at this. I'll type "I'm looking for tall-sized shirts, not big and tall" and I will get nothing but "big and tall" results. It feels like Amazon's algorithm doesn't want to admit it doesn't have something in stock, so it's hoping to talk me into changing my body shape in order to sell me something.

"I see you asked for extra-tall sizes. Most people want wider shirts, not taller, so here's some shirts that are three sizes too wide. How many would you like?" STOP IT, AMAZON. Either show me what I asked for, or tell me you don't have it and stop wasting both our time.

At work we set up laptops in a way that requires people set up multi-factor authentication for their logins. The instructions for this are right on the first page of the laptop setup instructions, in red, as part of a checklist for what is needed to perform setup. Item #1. At least 3x a week I have to tell someone that they can't set up their laptop, because they haven't set up MFA yet.

Yep. Computers are exceptionally bad at "don't include this." Anything with a "don't include this" will inevitably have that thing. Boolean searching only seems to work some times.
