I guess I'm just old, or tired. Or both? But reading page after page of people being all smug and rude and snippy, treating each other poorly for no reason? yeeaah, I'm not making time for that today. Tomorrow doesn't look good either.

I think I have a problem. I see a lot of nonsense and within a reasonable amount of time I am just thinking about playing again.

Some semi annoying stuff a few days back led me to thinking about characters I want to play again.

Then again I have really come around to ignore again. I take people off but they are still doing “it” and ain’t nobody got time for it.

I don’t know if I am going into 2024 or not…but I am pretty dedicated to not crapping on people’s fun. It makes as much sense as me busting in 4e or pathfinder threads and crapping on editions/games I am not involved in.

That said I am making a different flavored 5e fighter now and it’s fund to imagine what he might become…

I did that in 4e (Feylock with Bard multiclass feat) and created a character that the other players said wasn't pulling his weight in damage but constantly frustrated the DM.

Sounds great though. The Rogue, Fighter, and Ranger are my go to classes I like to play so I did those first, going to try a cleric and wizard next. I think my biggest question is that the background gives equipment, so does the class, so characters get both? Not a biggie.

Look, everything that came after the Best Roleplaying Game is the World is superfluous! It's effort wasted, because the Best Game has already been made! If everybody would just work on stuff for that one, think how much stuff we would have for it!

And that game is, of course, Hero System 6th edition!
