With respect, your issues with POLITICAL contributions are not appropriate discussion material for these boards.

Don't go there, folks. Thanks.
Sorry, not meant to be political, more a rant about the stupidity of spam emails in general, this was just the most recent, stupidly-algorithmicly-formed example. I've edited my post.

I've never signed up, contributed, bought, anything of the like, but someone sure seems to have sold my data. :D
I used to use a service which made limited-use, temporary email addresses you could use for commercial purposes, so you could track who sold your data and shut it down without flooding your regular inbox. Then, the website shut down and I never looked for a replacement. I'm not sure it matters, now, as advisories all commercial entities sell your data, all the time.

There is no need to apologize or explain yourself. In fact, we would really prefer you don't respond in-thread to moderation posts.

Rules of Pie

1. Pies are entirely encased in pastry.

If it is not entirely encased in pastry it can not be a pie. Therefore imposters such as Shepherd’s Pie, Cottage Pie and Lemon Meringue Pie are not pie!

2. The pastry should have been at least two distinct pieces before cooking.

Distinguishes baked goods like Cornish Pasties and Sausage Rolls from pies.

3. The pastry on top of a pie is allowed to have holes in it.

Allows for fancier presentation of pies and for venting.

Source.
So, lemon meringue and most strawberry pies I've had are actually what? Quiches?
