Local news keeps referring to it as "Microsoft software", which makes people think that MS screwed up. It's only a "Microsoft outage" in that the software runs on Windows. A local "tech expert's" reputation just dropped significantly, in my mind, because of his interview about it.

BTW, the bank recovered very quickly and my co-worker got paid, a few minutes ago.

I'm a contractor working in a manufacturing plant. Our company makes us use a virtual desktop from site-owned computers (Which has it's own mess of problems) but they were down all morning. They finally started working, which means I have to work
