Since it's a smart TV, a lot of that is subsidized by selling their data.

I have outside of my phone, and laptops, no 'smart' devices, no wifi, and just do not see the value in getting them. Having those in house devices listening all the time? Horror show.

I sometimes read these threads where the same 2 people argue back and forth and wonder "what's the point? If you haven't at least gotten to the point where you can understand the two of you just have different opinions and will not convince each other that your viewpoint is the only way to see it, why keep butting heads over and over?"

But then I remember that every other year or so, I decide this is going to be the year I finally finish Castlevania for NES without cheats or save states. I can get to Dracula pretty consistently and just can't get the job done and not for lack of trying. So I guess I do understand the concept of butting your head against something that just isn't going to happen despite deep down knowing the outcome and yet continuing to go back for more.

When you get the Holy Water, move to the right and stay on the ground level. Keep moving back and forth, using the Holy Water to take out three or four ghouls each pass; they keep doubling the points you get for each kill in the burst. By the time the timer runs out, you should be able to get over 100,000 points, which should give you a boost with extra lives.

If starting an alignment thread, make sure its a "+" one. When you bring up 4E avoid the the two "Ws" warlord and world of warcraft. If 5E is being called too easy, note the Hickman revolution. Take effort to be witty, but not s%^&&ty, and you should be able to build up your reaction score.

That would help give me more attempts without having to continue, but still doesn't address the main problem: dracula himself for whatever reason is just impossible for me to consistently put together a mistake free attempt and usually when I mess up his pattern once, it's hard to get back into the correct pattern for me.

The stupid thing is I don't really have a hard time with the hallway before the Grim Reaper and there's this BS to deal with there. (not my post, just the first thing I could find in a google search to show)

I can't consistently remember if I should call it 5.5e or 5e24 and that just creates arguments. If I could consistently remember what to call it, the threads probably wouldn't derail as much.
