Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

I mean, Hulk is the ultimate Marvel Body Horror superhero, as anyone reading Immortal Hulk will tell you ad inifinitum if you give them a chance
I thought that too, but no conversation with a Hulk comics fan gets past 'his rage-induced strength has no upward boundary!'
That's fair! But I'd love to see what Peele would do with Mystique...
Lawrence's Mystique 'outfit' certainly looked like it would peel, Romijn's seemed more like it would split like a cut latex glove. Not sure which would be more frustrating to remove at the end of the dayohwaitthat'snotwhatyou'retalkingaboutnevermind.

I think that I'm rather see Peele try his hand at a particular DC character, rather than Marvel. Phantom Stranger. It could be an anthology. If nothing else he makes a great character to introduce other stories, in Crypt Keeper fashion.
I saw what he did with Twilight Zone. For me, it was equal parts genius & meh.

me as a home inspector yup that's a house.

Rumours about a second Constantine movie, starring Keanu, keep floating around, with Francis Lawrence to direct. Even on IMDB.

I loved that movie - I thought it was very underrated.

Venom is only body horror on the surface, which can be seen when we look at its original incarnation, as Spider-Man's black costume, a story that has little body horror, as it is about control, identity, and possession. That's more Peele's territory.

Let's see. Spidey and the black costume.

Which is Venom. On Tom Hardy.

You have the duality between how someone is perceived on way, and how they are perceived as Venom.

I think there is something else in there that Jordan Peele can also bring to the surface.

Frankly, Venom is a missed opportunity for a Body Horror superhero (I mean, Hulk is the ultimate Marvel Body Horror superhero, as anyone reading Immortal Hulk will tell you ad inifinitum if you give them a chance), IMO. And if I think "Body Horror" I think Cronenberg.

I think Cronenberg ALL THE TIME!

Except, apparently, when I'm watching Star Trek Disco : Let's Do the Hustle.

Then I think ... bruh. Kovich. Really like that character! I wonder who is playing him?
