You say another reason as if any has been accepted to date :ROFLMAO:

I very sorry to hear that. Have you had any luck with lining up any mobility aids, so you can be somewhat independent in the near future?
Yeah, I’ve got what I can use. I just have to spend a bunch of time lying down, a bunch of time still in bed while sitting up, and a bunch of time sitting in one room or another at home without moving much.

As Thomas Shay said, I’ve had various serious problems since I was 15, in 1980. This particular set of complications now, but going up and down in overall well-being isn’t, and neither is going through really weird angles.

Well, if you do get kidnapped by Bigfoot, remind him he still hasn't given me back my 3.5 DMG...
Note made for just in case. If we go down to Tacoma to see the new baby tapir at Point Defiance, we’ll no doubt send time at the waterfront and I’ll be on the lookout.

The fact that a lot of people engage with cyberpunk media and utterly fail to pick up on the deeply anti-corporation, anti-capitalist themes and just focus on the kewl swords and leather coats has never been more obvious or disheartening. That anyone could go beyond that and actively cheer on the cartoonishly evil corporations in the real world is just mind-boggling. Some people clearly lack empathy of any kind. I think there was even a proto-cyberpunk novel about that. Hmm. Might have to read that again.
Welcome to the wonderful world of Steampunk.

Sadly, the JC Penney in the Monmouth Mall closed in 2022, I believe. Haven't been to either of those malls in quite a while, though -- not sure how well either of them is doing.
