Dentist always makes feel funky. But not going to the dentist also makes me feel funky. Have a crown lined up at the end of the month

I determined years ago I do not tolerate Fluoride. That helped a ton, cutting that out of the process, but due to my work out struggles and the likely staggering levels of inflammation in my body right now, the dentist was not an enjoyable process regardless.
