I'm sure i could jury rig some thing if i really wanted to. If i had gone with a clamp on style I would have had to pull my desk away from the wall about 1 to 2 feet.
I have a landscape and a portrait. I am an engineer and I very often have regulations etc to read alongside my work so the portrait works well. What I really need is third monitor as a second landscape for reference plans.

As this is still an RPG forum, I dont know who needs to hear this.
We are what we do. Time keeps going, you dont have to like it, but it will continue to pass. You COULD get better at watching TV, and you COULD keep on complaining you dont like what you see in the mirror.
