Today, when I went to pick up my daughter from work at Pegasus Games, I chatted a little with the owner. They had a Magic event there to today and the organizer had arranged it so there were an appropriate number of players so the organizer could participate as well. Unfortunately, there was someone who couldn't make it (flu going around, bad roads, etc) so the owner sent my daughter back to fill the slot and play and he handled the front of the store alone for the duration of the event.
Doing that for an event organizer is another example of Pegasus putting the Friendly in Friendly Local Game Store.
