Most of my games are 3-4 hours fortnightly (I usually have two, Sunday daytime & Monday night alternate weeks), but I'm about to start a chatroom campaign that should be ca 3 hours weekly, and there's a aims-to-be-monthly game I'm also in which has 3-4 hr sessions when it does happen. In general I find 3-4 hrs fortnightly is the sweet spot for long term play.
