Like the title says. I have a 5-hour flight coming up for a solo trip in a few days. I love video games but haven't played a PC game in years (life priorities; haven't made the time). I have a decent modern laptop, a Wintel Lenovo Slim 7i Aura Edition 14". It doesn't have discrete graphics, only integrated, but I don't care if I have to play at minimum detail and resolution. Would be fun to play something for both legs of the trip (say 10 hours total). The airline provides Starlink, so I could be online for the duration.
Since I'll be on a flight, cramped, I'm not wanting to play something that requires a separate mouse or too much hand-eye agility. I guess that means no real-time action. Ideally, something turn based that I can use the trackpad for on the laptop.
I've used Steam and have an account, so I figure that's where I would get the game from. In terms of genre, I'm open. I love D&D obviously, but it doesn't have to be a D&D game. I like sci-fi, sims, all kinds of things. I used to play video games a lot but haven't for about 10 years (except on my phone).
Here are some games that've caught my attention over the past few years:
Thanks!
