please improve my beguiler/mindbender

i know that i'm not creating something unique here. it's intended to be a standard beguiler X/mindbender 1 build. but i need an advice to optimize it. are my stats ok for a spellcasting beguiler? do my feats suck? did i allocate skill points right? what about equipment? what spell to take for advanced learning? thanks in advance.

If you're using point-buy, I'd say lower Cha and increase Dex, that way you won't need to worry about Insightful Reflexes. Reflex save is considered the least important of all; grab a Cloak of Resistance later on and you'll be fine.

Know: Arcana and Spellcraft are important skills. Max them. I'd leave Sleight of hand and Gather Info to the party's rogue or bard. And Know: Local isn't that important. Handy, sure, but no priority.

yes, i'm using point buy. and what feat would you recommend me to take instead of insightful reflexes? are other feats ok? i took 4 ranks in gather info and intimidate to qualify for mindbender. do you think spellcraft is really important for a beguiler? what skills on my list are less important?

that's right. i thought that conceal spellcasting is a great tool for a subtle enchanter.
