Looks like my prediction that most people would find this item cheap has been proven to be false. Most people find this item to be priced about right, and those who are willing to say otherwise come in around 50-50 on it.

Huh. Well, not the first time I've been wrong in a prediction of what people think about pricing items.

It all depends on what they look like. Are they cool, stylish sandals? Or are they ugly ones from last season.

It looks like a very plausible 3/day 1st level spell item.

As an aside, Expeditious Retreat can give somebody in heavy armor 50' movement. Expeditious Retreat does not have the restriction that Haste does.

But to get expeditious one has to be a arcane caster [or cleric through a domain] and suffer arcane failure rate since it is a personal spell. UMDing a scroll can work, but arcane failure rate still crops up there.
