I'm quite new to the electronic book phenomenon (only have a couple of purchases under my belt at this point), but I've already seen enough to know that some folks are putting out some really well developed and interesting stuff. But reading it on the PC feels a little strange at times and I lack a computer at the gaming table (for now).
So I was wondering what (or possibly 'where') you consider the best, and most affordable, method of printing electronic books for regular use and travel. I took my b/w version of Elements of Magic (possibly my most favorite d20 book ever) to Kinkos last night and they printed it up for me. I used the cheapest paper and got it spiral-bound. That only set me back $12. (they wanted $90 for the good paper and full color printing!) How do you guys do it?
