Range for Big & Little Weapons

Is there any change to the range and range increment of a weapon (just for grins, let's say a ranged weapon) when a weapon is not sized for a Medium creature? For example, what's the range of a longbow made for a grig (Tiny)?

By the RAW, no. So that is one far-shooting grig!

Then 3.5 came along, and the mechanic went away again
