I thought this was better than the first as it started to incorporate more SF elements and the SFX was much better than we're used to in Dr Who. Also reasonable plot for a 45 min episode and more development of the Doctors character.

I gave it a 10. I thought the C.E. gave a very powerful performance, and Rose was excellent. This show is really moving along nicely.
