I had people on a FB group for OSR say they were going to but then stopped when they realized the would need to make thousands of twitch or Gmail accts for it to work

And I think using gmail for bot spamming is actually violating their terms ans might get them into trouble.

Alternate take: Don't. They proved already they can't be trusted. Leave them behind and never turn back.

On the other hand, “they” are the ones that gave us the OGL in the first place. Companies, and people, change. it is best to be flexible in our thoughts and opinions IMO

Well thank goodness for that.

If you want to provide constructive input, you have a chance. If you want to walk away because WOTC has betrayed your trust, you have that right.

But just to try to throw a monkey wrench into the whole thing to satisfy your righteous indignation for a few minutes? That isn't going to do anything but make those LEET HACKERZ feel tough and for WOTC to be able to say they tried to solicit feedback and it wasn't taken seriously.

True. A more effective way of making the survey less useable would be to set up an auto-roller to generate random responses, weighted to group results just enough so that it doesn't look like random responses to an algorithm.
