Pathfinder 2E Release Day Second Edition Amazon Sales Rank

Um, you posted today's data for both editions. That is pretty much the definition of comparing things.
If anything the market is much bigger now than it was back then, so the 5E rising tide should make PF2E that much better off.

As far as any evidence shows, it isn't growing.

Wrong choice of words for me there, yes it is comparing but it's demonstrating that growth isn't flat as implied. It's selling DOUBLE what the number 3 RPG is selling and 10x better than Starfinder.

But you have not demonstrated that growth isn't flat.
You've just flashed a bunch of static numbers that don't mean much side by side.

This show "flat".
We can debate the value of the data. But it shows flat.
I haven't seen anything showing growth.

It sold extremely well when it was released. No surprise there.
The question is, do the people who buy it keep playing it and does its marketshare grow?

shrug. OK. Why engage in the conversation?
There is nothing I'm assuming here that is a bigger uncertainty than any other speculation in the thread long before we ever heard of Covid-19.

Seriously, you seem fixated on me being wrong without any regard to anything else. Which is flattering I guess.
I am mesmerized by your horse.

It shows FLAT for everything but D&D.

Actually, D&D 5e is pretty flat too. (Excluding the last month, where everything jumps.)

The most interesting change actually looks to be with D&D 2e, which triples its Jan-Mar numbers in April, and stays there. Wonder why that was...
