All right, I had some parts I liked and others... not so much. Overall, I wasn't too impressed. The Nautilus was cool, and I really liked the Invisible Man. However...

...Okay, I'll grant you that original Dracula could walk in daylight. However, he also had to travel in a coffin over the ocean, as I recall. I'm pretty sure I saw Mina walking around on the Nautilus when it was on the surface. It's a minor nitpick, I admit, but if they had to change her character, couldn't they be consistent with the source of her powers?
My other big problem was the revelation that M was Moriarty. In the comics, the characters keep mentioning M, and guessing as to his real identity. In the movie, it appears out of nowhere. The woman behind me and my sister both laughed in disbelief when Connery says his name. It seemed so silly. If they were going to keep M as Moriarty, couldn't they at least have had SOMEONE wonder about his real identity before they mentioned it?
