Appearance: Rell is some-what short for a Grell, but very board and heavily built. His hair is black and cut fairly short. His mutton-chops push regulations as far as possible, and working with machinery all day long means his hands and parts of his uniform are often grease stained. Whenever possible he carries his un-regulation battleaxe he calls ‘
Deary’s Kiss.
Personality: Most of the time, Rell is a calm and cool infantryman who have an affinity for machinery and tinkering with his hands. He likes his job and likes being in the military and would do nothing to jeopardize that. But a few times in the past, in close combat he has flown into a wild rage.
Background: Rell grew up in the slums of the great metropolitan XX, the capital of Grand Batista with others of his race. He grew quickly and was big for his age, running with the street kid gangs there. But he also was drawn to working on old pieces of junk from the nearby junkyards. When he was of age of adulthood, he joined the Royal Imperial Navy, as he thought it would be the best place to be around machines and ships all the time. At first he was a bit afraid of the sea and the rolling of the ships, but he has come to love this life. Plus when not performing his duties as an Royal Marine, he is allowed to help repair and maintain various machines and engines on the Cruiser… he is very happy indeed.
