Ribs - Spares/Baby Backs Sauced/Unsauced??

After reading the steak thread and seeing the response from one about ribs. I have to ask (I am aware that this could start problems as each part of the country feels THEIR WAY is best)

Spare Ribs or Baby Backs?
Sauced or Bare??
If Sauced, Tomato or Mustard based sauce??? (I do know about mayonnaise based sauces)

I'll start:
Spare ribs, sauced with a tomato base. Though I have a great bottle of mustard based BBQ sauce from Louisville which I don't want to use it all up as it's that good!!!

I await your replies.

Pork spare ribs*, marinated (no sauce 'til it's time to eat), and a ketchup-based bbq sauce at the table.

*I'm not a rib nazi by any means though. Baby back will be just fine too.
