Yes, I live in a apartment tower in which the 1st, 3 floors are subsidised suites for Persons With Disabilties and Seniors. I'm one of the consultants for the Tenant advisory committee, so gotten to know a number of the more active tenants. Over the past year I've run TTRPGs for them and I'm about to run an adventure for them using a 3rd TTRPG.Has anyone volunteered at a retirement home and offered to run a game?
Sure. But the big wave of players from the 80s are only in their 50s now. The population of gamers in retirement homes is apt to rise notably in 20 years...
...if our devotion to Cheetos and Mountain Dew doesn't take us out early.
