Belial is the most attractive of the Devils (exceeding even his daughter, Fierana, and Glasya the Progeny). This is solidified in the fact that, unlike Semyaza, what you actually see is the real Belial rather than a glammer. Before his curse, Triel would have been better looking than the real Semyaza.
But certainly, Semyaza is far more seductive than Belial. With Belial, there is the omnipresent threat of pain and torment. I imagine Belial as being filled with a desire to cause harm and that this desire is so intense that it's almost palatable to all other creatures. Semyaza is not as physically threatening and, while he is interested in lesser beings (particularly females) serving his needs, he's not necessarily interested in physically and intensely hurting his servants (although the fact that he essentially smothers their will is in itself a terrible assault tanamount to rape).
Yes, I'm still writing. Took a break, but I just finished Bel. I have drafts of Fierana, Lilith, and Alastor. Next, I'll work on the Demon Lord and Princes, and then I'll tackle some powerful Celestials!
