Is a golems spell resistance canceled by the anti-magic?
If yes, then shapechange goes away. If no, then it doesn't.

SR is extraordinary and thus not lost in the antimagic field, but that's irrelevant. The golems' Spell Immunity is also not lost, but it won't stop the antimagic field from surpressing all magic in the area, including the shapechange.

Let me boil this down. So the consensus is that if there was a creature that specifically has the Extraordinary ability to be specifically immune to Antimagic Field, you think that a shapechanged wizard cannot truly benefit from that Extraordinary ability? In other words, you apply the Antimagic to the Shapechange before you apply the immunity to the Antimagic?

This is tough because technically if the Magic Immunity kept your Shapechange spell (or other magical buffs) safe from an Antimagic field (or area effect Dispel or Disjunction for that matter), it would also keep you from being effected by the very Shapechange (or any other buffs) you seek to protect since you would not be affected by them (you are immune). So you get a Catch-22. Personally I would just make a house rule that you cannot Shapechange into a Golem or any other creature with Magic Immunity due to the magical nature of the Shapechange ability being repressed thus forcing a return to your natural shape. This avoids the problem. :)
