jgsugden - I hope that Brine is good stuff cause I am trying it. It is actually cooling right now and it smells great.

It is excellent stuff. Superb. I hope you enjoy it.

Leftover Storage

When storing leftover turkey:

1.) Cut it as few times as possible. Do not preslice your breast meat. Just remove the breast (or whatever is left of it) in one large piece.

2.) Let it cool.

3.) Wrap it tightly in foil. Then place it in a freezer bag. Remove as much air as you can from the freezer bag.

Leftover Turky Suprise ala Arthur

One handfull Turkey scraps (white meat with some skin preffered)
Nice large clump of mashed potatoes with gravy mixed in left over night in the fridge.

2 Slices of Bread (Any) (I personally prefer potato bread)

Sandwhich 1:
Take bread, cover one slice in microwaved mashed potatoes. Squirt Ketchup generously over it. Sprinkle turky peices and shreads over potatoe and ketchup. Add more ketchup to glue top peice of bread to sandwhich. Spinkle garlic powder on ketchup. Cover with bread. Eat with side of Pepsi or Large Glass of Grape Sprite/7up (3/4ths Grape Juice, the Kosher kind, 1/4th Sprite/7up)

Sandwhich 2:
Take Potatoes chilled overnight with gravy already mixed in. Pile into large bowl. Toss in Turky Shards and Ketchup. Add other spices as by personal taste. Mix generously till turky well covered in potatoe. Nuke till piping hot.

Scoop out compound onto potatoe bread. Cover, Enjoy.

What to do with Left Overs from the Sandwhich 2? Take bread, shred and tear it into peices (or crutons) toss in with potatoes, remix, and nuke. Enjoy!

(note, You can also use stuffing in either mixture.sandwhich......yum yum.)
