Ya, that's what he needs.

ACtually, I was more leaning towards Cleric.

Personally I would make him Divine Rank 0 or something and just give him Miracle as one of his "at will" special abilities... that's kewler than levels of cleric

(and is actually what I am leaning towards doing with Leviathan )

It just cleans up the whole issue of somatic/material components... Spell-Like abilities ROOOL!!!

I've heard the Rule as well. Okay, with the increase to a DR I don't think we need to boost their stats (except for the normal +1 per DR).

I agree, that would be too much trouble.... they already have stats as good as most of the statted up gawdz anyways.
