Should I cancel amazon pre order and order from buy.com?

Amazon is now offering the core book set at 45% off - just over $57 (w/free shipping), so that seems to be the way to go.

Is that true that Wotc got ahold of Buy.com and stopped them now? If so, I'm cancelling and will request a refund.
