*sigh*- can someone help me find this feat?

Hey all,

I give up. I am defeated. I've been looking for a feat for ages now and I simply cannot find it. The feat in question takes the penalty for sniping from -20 to -10.

Anyone know what I am talking about? Can anyone tell me the source? Or even its name?

Not a feat, IIRC. What I think you want is Sniping Mastery, which is a halfling racial substitution level ability. Check out Races of the Wild, p.160.

Concealed Ambush from Dragon #339 reduces the penalty to hide yourself after your shot to -10. Could that be what you're looking for?
