I'll collect errata here for reminding until I do another edit and update:


In the initial example, the monsters should be hill giants, not ogres. -- This has been fixed (as of June 22 or so) and the new version uploaded to the various stores, so if you purchased early you should be able to download the fixed version, which only has that one change.
