Question for the masses:
Say I have a 8th level Scout, and have selected the Manyshot feat. He's within 30' of his target after moving 10', and fires 2 arrows at it, thus triggering the Skirmish ability.
Does the extra damage from the Skirmish count on 1 or both arrows?
My understanding of Skirmish is that it applies to all attacks made in a round, if you've moved 10' - pushing the answer towards 'yes'. But Manyshot (a) specifically restricts crits and 'precision damage' to only the 1st arrow/projectile and (b) is worded so that the extra arrow doesn't sound like a seperate attack. This pushes the answer to my question towards 'no'.
What do you think, and why?
