Spell Reflection from Complete Mage

Spell Reflection is available as an Alternate Class Feature from Complete Mage.

These Questions are made with the Assumption that each Creature may be Sneak Attacked by the Other.

What happens when the Attacker has Sneak Attack Damage Dice? Is that Damage taken by the Initial Attacker?

What happens if the Defender has Sneak Attack Damage Dice? Are they able to Add Sneak Attack Damage on the Ray Damage?

What happens if they both have Sneak Attack Damage Dice?

Let's see...

As written? No sneak attack applies. It's the caster that's making the new attack roll, but as written, the caster only has to deal with the spells effects - the ability phrases it that way, and doesn't list extras - which kinda makes sense, what with it being kinda hard to consider someone flat-footed with regard to their own attack...
