looks very much like the spectacular spider-man from the new series called the hunger with venom. I like the goblin in the sky. nice touch. hobgoblin or green goblin?

On another post some fellows helped me see how I can REALLY improve this piece.

The feet need work as well as the left arm (seeing as the elbow is way off from the bend in the arm.)
