The 10 minute casting time on those might make them a tad unpractical. Arcane Eye a bit less so in that regard as it can move around. Even so, walls block it and unless your typical dungeon door has a 1 inch diameter keyhole, doors do too. And it moves pretty slow if you want to see anything other than the floor.
