Now that ST Discovery has started, I finds myself missing Lower Decks.
In my opinion, Lower Decks had one of the best first first seasons of any Trek show, barring perhaps TOS. It was light, funny, and really a kick-off-your-shoes-at-the-end-of-the-day-and-enjoy type of show.
The setting was great, the characters... mostly great, the episodes mostly self-contained. It wasn't brilliant, but it was enjoyable to watch. I'd have preferred more episodes, but it'll be a while before I can rate it in terms of rewatchability.
Did anyone else watch it? What did you think?
