Star Wars Battlefront.

Anyone else excited about this game? Battlefield game set in Star Wars, comes out Tuesday, looks good.

Yes, yes I am. My PC is just a tad under the "recommended" specs of the game, but it seems my life long dream of being Hoth Stromtrooper are close to fufillment.

At my school last week, they had a small X-box-sponsored MuchMusic thing... forget exactly what it was.

Anyway, they had a few stations set up, and you could play some of the games. They had SW Battlefront out to try. Although I didn't get to try it , I saw some people playing it. One guy was a battle droid during the Battle of Naboo. It looked sweet, despite the fact that it was in third person...

I played Battlefront(on PS2) at a game con in London a couple of weeks back. Played a level on Bespin(it was Republic vs. Seperatists), and I tried out the Republic. VERY fun game. All the greatness of the Battlefield games with the fun of Star Wars thrown in.

I can't WAIT to get this, but I'll definitely get it on PC for the multiplayer aspect of things.

Very true. Its also fun to be able to hit the person that just killed you...but then again, I've gotten so addicted to BF: Vietnam that I can't imagine this type of game on anything BUT PC...

I know you can play in eaither first or third person, but all the screen shoots in the stragey guide shows thrid person, I hope they did not change it.
