im just going over those rules. i read it as a d6 for every DSP you have, and you have to roll less than you DSP. Regardless, the Planet of the Apes d6 variant has me going back to D6 for Star wars, and I am redoing the DSP thing into a simple path system linking Hero Points and Dark Side Points.

Or was that the selketh again? What is their job? They never seem to move and aren’t wearing Jedi uniform (notice how they all dress the same in this show, even if their species does not normally wear clothes). Maybe the receptionist?

Wellbthink we might e d up with a good to very good season. Longer episodes and pacing could have been great le sigh.

Really, I think the episode length and pacing is just right. Longer episodes would have made it sluggish like Ahsoka and Andor.

Mandalorian gets away with longer episodes because it has a planet-of-the-week format, it's episodic, not a serial.

Shorter episodes is one of the key reasons why the animated shows are better.

Ymmv but it's a coming complaint. Cartoons have a longer season as well.

And right now I woukd put Andor and Ahsoja over this. Except for the lightsaber fights.

If the next two episodes are really good I'll put it over Ahsoka. E1-4 Ahsoka >E1-4 Acolyte. Might be other way around here.
