There's always Darth and Droids where that's how you get Anakin.

A Darth and Droids RPG would be fun.

I'm not sure that makes sense. midichlorians are in all living things. While force-sensitive beings had a higher count of midichlorians, it still took training to gain benefits from them. Maybe always a dip into sorcerer at first few levels, but eventually all multiclassed.
