I'm sorry if I'm covering old ground here, I tried searching and found some posts but nothing that anwered my questions.

Okay, the Urgrosh.

Can it be used with Two-Weapon Fighting? If so, how do you get it to show up in the Character Builder? Under the Shop Tab, it only lets you equip it 2-handed. Also, in the Character sheet section, it only lists the Axe end under each power, not the spear end and its stats.

Can it be used with Twin Strike? I think it should be, but Twin Strike actually says you must have 2 melee weapons equipped. Does the Urgrosh meet this prerequisite? Again, under Twin Strike on the character sheet, only the Axe side shows up.

Can it be used with Two-Weapon Fighting?

"Wielding a double weapon is like wielding a weapon in each hand" Adventurer's Vault pg 10.
Since the only requirement for Two-Weapon Fighting to function is wielding a melee weapon in each hand, yes it can be used with an Urgosh or any double weapon.

This appears to be a bug in the character builder. I'll make another reply if I can find more information.

Yes, for the same reason as the Two-Weapon Fighting question.

Note also that with errata you can use your double weapon with powers that require a weapon wielded in two hands or a two-handed weapon. Not sure if CB really deals properly with THAT either.
