Hanging in there. Better than the alternative.

These are good clues for GMs and other players, to know when you're ready for something else. PbP games often have delays because people are waiting for each other.
In a face-to-face game (FtF), the GM leads the story. In a PbP game, the GM is an abjudicator and NPC-controller.
At least, that's my observation.[/sblock]
Malachi is amused as this "fish-out-of-water" splashes around. He swims toward him to help him stay afloat. "Okay, calm down now. I won't let you drown, but you'll have some talking to do." He turns back to Wakil to watch him coming, "This guy isn't making enough noise for you? AAHH!! NOISE! Over this way!"
What actually happened was that I posted, "As soon as <thing> happens..." Telling what you're going to do is a good way to speed up a PbP game, which usually goes very slowly. This is also done with "When <thing> happens..." of "If <thing> happens... Otherwise..."Druke said:Did the sword go out of the boat with him or fall inside. Sorry Malachi I did not realize we were already here and missed your signal.
