Streaming services, which do you have or are you getting rid of?

We cancelled Disney and Hulu this week. Cancelled Paramount earlier this year.

My primary service is PBS Passport. I also subscribed to HistoryVault and Curiosity Stream a while each this year.

So...are you unable to watch Alien: Earth if you don't have Hulu?? If so, I'm deeply sorry. You don't deserve that. Hopes and prayers.

I'll check later but Hulu here is called Star and its part of regular Disney+.

We've had ot since launch just keep forgetting to cancel it.

Netflix is essentially free (isp bundle).

As an FYI, here in Aussieland, I don't see a lot of the services that are mentioned here, I do see a bunch from the UK and we have our own services which I find are just extensions of free-to-air and are a bit ordinary IMHO.

In Aussieland (AKA the west island) its a win if you turn the TV on and the wildlife hasn't killed you by the end of the show?

Welp, the wife gave the order (she has the most to lose with Disney+/Hulu) to kill our subscription yesterday. Our last day of that streaming provider is Sept 27th. So much for waiting until Monday. I did not have any problem ending our service like some have reported elsewhere. On the bright side we are saving $21.99 USD a month!

We still have Dropout, Nebula, and Shudder.

And then when FF: first steps comes out on streamers folks will pay for it and then when it hits the service, folks will resub, and then when it comes out on disc folks will buy it.

Then when Avengers: Doomsday comes out folks will go bonkers and pay to see it.

I can say that for me, who considers himself to be both a HUGE STAR WARS and MARVEL nerd that this is not the case. There are things that I value and prioritize over entertainment and fandom.

So when I say that I don't intend on spending any of my hard earned cash on anything related to Disney? I MEAN IT.

Even with the change in direction and the statement?
