If this is the wording then I don't think it would stack with Monkey Grip. Monkey Grip allows you to wield a weapon of one size category larger than you actually are for a -2 penalty. The Strongarm Bracer treats you as one size category larger for the purposes of wielding weapons. The Strongarm Bracer does not change your actual size category, just like Powerful Build. And just like Powerful Build, it won't stack with monkey grip.
You can use melee weapons one size category larger than you are with a -2 penalty on the attack roll, but the amount of effort it rakes you to use the weapon does not change.
...you could be right there. It is one of those things that is going to be debated a lot, just like the whole Monkey Grip/Powerful Build debate...

My theory as a DM is, if something is debatable and one interpretation is likely to make things too good, take another side. That will be safer and never breaks the game balance of your entire sessions and campaigns.

Right - for the purpose of wielding weapons, you are considered size Large.

Monkey Grip lets you wield weapons one size category larger than you. What size category are you for the purpose of wielding weapons? Large; therefore Monkey Grip lets you wield weapons one size category larger than size Large.

For the purpose of feats not related to wielding weapons, the bracers would have no effect. But Monkey Grip is all about wielding weapons; thus the feat considers you Large, due to the Bracers.
