"He needs rest see to it he gets some." Duran Shouts, "It is up to the power of..." the monk begins. "Well hop to it move, move, move take him to his chambers now." Duran continues his shouted orders.

The knight and the monk begin to pick Julian up, "Not you, you fool!" hisses the monk, "You're on guard. The knight abandons his attempt and the squire steps in. The two of them lift Julian and take him below, leaving only the knight on guard.

GM: If you want to jump him now, you'll get surprise, if you get more than 13 you'll get your second action in before he gets anything done."

Duran runs his hand along the shaft of his intricately carved staff as it doubles in side a begins to hum with a faint magical energy he steps forward and wallops the lookout on the noggin.

Round 1

“You were not on the hunt,” Errol said to Duran, “but perhaps we could lock your rooms and let people believe you turned in early after too much good wine and rich food at the feast,” the archer suggested.

They reached the roof and found the guard and the older monk still working on Julian. They managed to clear the platform of all but the guard.

Initiative: 1D20+3 = [16]+3 = 19

Errol quickly drew his bow and sent an arrow flying into the guard’s knee.
