telling blow

after reading telling blow and crippling strike im not sure that i can use crippling strike or ambush feats with it?

mainly want to know if i get to do -2str from crippling strike the -2str from impeding attack and -1d6+2str from an enfeebling weapon on a crit?

thoughts on this please?
