Sonofapreacherman is the author of the class. Invisible blade and master thrower together were originally a 10 level prestige class (google for it, you'll find this explanation often). When Wotc split the class into two classes, they forgot to update the prerequisites. I used the authors proposal and kinda official houserule: Weapon Focus (dagger) and Weapon Finesse.
