Hi!
As you may or may not remember, I shared some thoughts on my earlier trip to thailand two months back (I was in Thailand 1-16.5.2006). It was such a jolly place that we're going again this september, leaving in around 40 days. This time were staying 3 weeks. That's going to burn most of my remaining holidays (I get 6 weeks total this year.).
The plans are mostly open. First order of business is to take a taxi from Bangkok international to Pattaya. After that I've got no idea. Probably a few days partying there, see some acquintances and whatnot. Then maybe Koh Samet for a little more relaxed atmosphere. Other than that, no big plans.
It's great to anticipate something like this. Only downside is that if Ptolus ships late and arrives when I'm there the post office will hold it only 2 weeks
I feel blessed to have a nice job that pays enough to do stuff like this, and also lets me spend holidays when I want.
Do you have any input what's a 'must' do in Thailand? I think I covered some 'musts' and even some 'should nots
' last time around .. but please do give input!
