We're definately a helluva band. But on the other hand, how fun are stereotypes?
EDIT: Just realized I'd like to ask for access to a certain feat tree from Players Handbook 2. Hadn't opened it in a long time, and forgotten about the cute shield tree there.
Shield Specialization
Prerequisites: Shield Proficiency
Benefit: Choose one type of shield (buckler, heavy, light). When using a shield of that type, increase the shield's bonus to AC by 1.
Special: Can be taken as fighter bonus feat.
Active Shield Defense
Prerequisites: Shield Proficiency, Shield Specilization
Benefit: When fighting defensively and using a shield, you do not take the fighting defensively penalties to attacks of opportunity. When using the total defense action and a shield, you still threaten the area around you as normal. You can make attacks of opportunity with a -4 penalty.
Special: Can be taken as fighter bonus feat.
Shield Ward
Prerequisites: Shield Proficiency, Shield Specilization
Benefit: You apply your shield bonus to your touch AC, and on checks or rolls to resist bull rush, disarm, grapple, overrun, or trip attempts against you.
Special: Can be taken as fighter bonus feat.
Agile Shield Fighter
Prerequisites: Shield Proficiency, Shield Specialization, Improved Shield Bash
Benefit: When making a shield bash and armed strike attack as part of a full attack action, you take a -2 penalty on each attack. These penalties replace the normal ones you incur for fighting with two weapons.
Special: Can be taken as fighter bonus feat.
May I take these? And if I may, would it be okay to swap my Two-Weapon Fighting for Shield Specialization right now, seeing as how Agile Shield Fighter does what I wanted TWF for and better, making it redundant? I understand if it's a no-no, but one can always hope :3
